Elneelain University is founded according to the
ministers council’s
decision No.158 in march 1993to be “instead of
Cairo university ,khartoum branch”the university ’s
purposes are to look after the
Arabic and African studies and make aco.poration associationswith
the scientific local and international corporations and
make the paractical and scientific searches and social
studies
which linked to the society’ s issues and different necessities , for the sake of progress and
service it ,also it has abased role in students arrangement and
offering their scientific certificates.

university located in the west of khartoum city,
near
to the Neelain area the blue Nile and the WhiteNile
which
the university ’ s
name derived from ,and this thing,
makes
acertian location for the university and faciliates the
arrival
to it from each directions.
